when you watch this scene , in the begining you will see that sagar was crying because he can't see vidya like that , and vidya because of her love to him she can't see her self with other man , she can't imagine her life without him and so she do that

and when the doctor said that she is ok now , he didn't go inside with them he was looking to her fron outside , i think in that time he was feeling so bad because he know thar she do that because of him .
and when they huged each other after all what happend with them since he acting to make all the family he ia crazy till this was soooooooo amaizing
and after that thier convo with each other when he came inside was sooooooo cute , and i like to see him laugh like that bachon ke tarah , and the way they promised each other , and thier love to each other . it was awesome .
