Update 2
As we were playing cards and watching our fav. show, 'The Kuchursingh Family' and having a ball watching it and laughing at all the jokes. I reached for my glass of coke and he reached for the remote control and our hands touched. I looked up and said, "Kya bhaat hai?! Watch where you going choco boy"
Sharad: Well I would watch if you're big head wasn't blocking.
Sharad and I were comfortable with each other like we've known each other since the day we were born and not just 5 years ago. Our friendship was like no other, we couldn't spend a day without contacting each other.
Then suddenly, out of no where,
Sharad: I can take your lipgloss if I wanted to.
Thinking that he meant the lipgloss from my back pocket I immediately responded with a wicked tone in my voice, "Try it nah!" as I got up headed to the kitchen.
Then as I turned by back facing him, thinking that he'll grab the lipgloss from my pocket, but instead he grabbed my hand, turned me around and pulled me closer to his body. There was an intense eye-lock for about 2 seconds then BAM! He reached in, our lips meet and I think he even bit me (O he's so naughty!) The kiss lasted for about 15 seconds until Sharad himself pulled away.
Sharad: Oh my God. What have I done?! Sorry...oh God...I'm really sorry Divz. I shouldn't have done that. I don't know that got into me, maybe its the coke. I'll leave now.
Before I could even reply, he picked up his coat and rushed for the door.
Divyanka: No Sharad, its ok! I don't feel bad...you shouldn't feel bad... Things just happen!!
Right then and there, I ran to the door and blocked him from leaving.
Divyanka: You actually forgot some lipgloss...
Sharad: What?!
I rest my arms on his shoulder and leaned in and kissed him, and as our lips separated I said...
Divyanka: Now can we both feel guilty!?
Sharad: Why did you do that?!
Divyanka: So you won't feel guilty alone...I would too. We're friends yaar!! I won't let you take all the blame for that!! So are we cool now!?
Sharad: Are you sure its ok?! Because I feel terrible!!
Divyanka: Was I that bad of a kisser?!
Sharad (giggling): No, not a all. Its just that....
Divyanka (interrupting): Its just that its ok....things happen, we should move on...we're only friends right!!
We headed back to the table. Sharad bending his head as he proceeded to the couch.
Divyanka: Sharad...its ok..you have to stop feeling bad...We're only friends...aren't we good enough friends to understand that?!
Sharad (in a down tone): Yeh. Its ok, I guess.
Divyanka: Now can we get back to our card game?!
*jumping out of the flashback*
Stuck in traffic on my way to work, I wondered what I did wrong...why is Sharad still feeling bad?! I thought we worked out everything...I'm going to call him now!!
I called him 9 times and still didn't get an answer. I began to get worried. Wondering if I made things worst by kissing him back. Am I losing the best friend I ever had because of a kiss?!
Reaching to work, I called him again, still no answer. I was uneasy that entire day.
*Back at the coffee shop*
Shano: Hey Sharad!! Where were you man?! How come you wasn't with Divyanka this morning?!
Sharad: I got up really late this morning yaar....and my phone was dead and I lost my charger, so I couldn't get in contact with her...Did she leave already!?
Shano: Yeh you just missed her. She looked a bit down!
Sharad (softly): Maybe she's upset about last night! Maybe she was saying it was ok but she was really upset! What have I done?!
Shano: What's that?!
Sharad: Oh nothing nothing...Maybe another time. By the way, how come you're awake so early?!
Shano: Why does everyone think I'm always sleeping late?!
Sharad: Maybe cause you are?!
Shano: Well I'm not...but I'm going to ask a girl out, her name is Lima.
Sharad: Lima?! Hymmm why does that name sound familiar?!
Shano: I don't know, maybe you know her??!!
Sharad: Hymmm oh yes Lima...and Bhumika and that other girl...amm amm Manusha. Oh yeh, I remember them, they were in our school. A year younger.
Shano: Oh so you know them?! Nice, well I haven't worked up the courage to ask Lima out...will you come with me pleaseeeeeeeeeeeeee!!
