Sindoora is at the elevator in the hospital, and she sees Amar, Aditi, and Bharat waiting to use the other elevator. Sindoora goes in her elevator and shegets out of the elevator at the first floor and Amar Aditi and Bharat get out at the first floor too. Amar is in Divya's room and he is sitting on her bed and petting her head. Sindoora looks at the time and says, "There isn't alot of time I have to do something, but what." One of the nurses comes in Divya's room and says, "Mr. Amar the doctor has called you into his cabin and he wants to tell you something about Divya." Amar leaves and he tells Aditi to stay in the room. Bharat and Amar leave the room and they walk down the hallway, Aditi is sitting next to Divya, Aditi has her eyes closed. Sindoora walks up to Divya and she takes off her oxygen mask, and she goes to put the ashes in Divya's mouth, but Aditi grabs onto Sindoora's hand and stops her.The ashes fall onto Divya's chin, but they don't go in her mouth. Aditi says, "I knew that you wanted to kill Divya. Is that why you were feeding her poison." Amar and Bharat are at the door. Amar comes and says, "Divya what happend are you OK." Amar puts the oxygen mask back on Divya. Bharat says, "Ma what are you doing here." Aditi says, "She won't say anything.I will tell you, she wanted to take Divya didi's life. She wanted to kill didi she was about to give her poison. Look" Aditi points to the ashes, Amar and Bharat are shocked. Amar says to Divya, "Everything is OK." Sindoora looks at the time, Divya's heartbeat starts to speed up. Amarscreams for the doctor. Bharat takes the phone and calls the doctor. Sindoora leaves. Bharat tells Sindoora to stop. The doctors rush into the room and tell everyone to leave. Bharat looks for Sindoora. Sindoora is having trouble breathing. Sindoora remembers that the Babaji said, "If you are late then the chances of Divya dieing are greater and your chances of dieing will increase too." Sindoora faints and Bharat rushes over to her.
Atthe Singh MansionGauri is walking with Diya in her hands. Diya is crying and there is a picture of Divya on the wall it falls and cracks.
Amar remembers some cute scenes he had with Divya. Amar starts to cry. He says, "You have to survive Divya." Aniket and Sagar's Mom see Amar crying. Sagar's mom comes and hugs Amar. She says, "All our blessings are with you and Divya. If god wants Divya will get better. Just keep hope." One of the doctors comes and says, "Now there is no hope, but we are still going to try the shock treatment maybe her heart will start working again." Amar leaves.
Gauri is still holding Diya and the wind is blowing very hard, and there is a Diya in the temple, that is about to burn out. Gauri says, "Don't let this Diya burn out Shiv Ji. Please don't let this child be motherless." Gauri puts her hand around the Diya to protect it from blowing out.
Amar is praying to Shiv Ji in the temple and he lights a Diya. Sagar's mom comes next to Amar and starts to pray. The Diya that Amar lights is about to blow out so Amar puts his hand around it to protect it, and Aniket comes and he puts his hand on the other side. In Divya's room she is being given a shock treatment to make her heart start beating again.
Gauri continues to pray and Diya continues to cry.
At the hospital Amar, Aniket, Sagar's Mom and Aditi all pray.
Bharat is outside of Sindoora room and he prays to god to save his mother. Aditi sees Bharat and walks over to him. Aditi says, "Bharat Divya didi needs your prayers, but you are praying for the one that was about to kill Divya didi." Bharat says, "She is my mother, she is also struggling with death." Aniket comes and says, "We all know that once again, Sindoora was about to take Divya's life. I said before forgiving Sindoora would bring sadness into our lives." Bharat says, "She's also struggling between life and death." Aniket says, "If fate says, that she will die then maybe that is right for our family." Aniket leaves.
Amar is sitting infront Shambhunath Ji and says, "I said in anger that you are the one to cause this problem, but you are the only one that can save Divya. Please forgive me. Please save my Divya." A flower falls from Shambhunath Ji's hand into Amar's hand. Amar kisses the flower.
In Divya's room she is starting to breath. In Sindoora's room she is being given a shock treatment and she starts to breath. The doctor's in Sindoora's room says, "Thisis a miracle her heart stopped and it started to work again."
Precap: The doctor comes out of Divya's room and says, "Divya is out of Danger and she has come out of the coma."
