Bharat is at the mental asylum and he is talking with one of the nurses she says, "There doesn't seem to be any improvement yet." Bharat says, "Look at the condition of this place, here instead of patient's getting better it looks like they get worse." The nurse says, "If you want you can take Sindoora Ji out of here and put her in a private hospital." Bharat says, "I will talk to her." Bharat goes inside Sindoora's cell she is laying there with her eyes open. Bharat says, "Ma, come on I am here to take you away. Let's leave from here." Sindoora says, "Where?" Bharat says, "To a good hospital mom, you will get better faster." Bharat helps Sindoora up, then Sindoora gets defensive. Sindoora says, "Who are you and why are you calling me mom." Bharat says, "I am your son Bharat." Sindoora says, "Bharat who? Leave, you aren't my son you will kill me." Sindoora starts to fight with Bharat and the doctors come in and give her an injection which makes her go to sleep.
Amar is in his room and he is calling Divya's name. Flower petals fall from the ceiling and Divya comes and she gives Amar some flowers. Divya says, "Thank You. Our baby is saying thank you." Amar says, "I love you alot Divya, and I can do anything for your happiness. Sorry for taking you to court..." Divya trys to interupt what Amar is saying but Amar says, "Let me talk, I didn't think about how this case would make you sad. Now, I realize how my hapiness is connected to you. I realized when we were in the canteen and you held the baby in your arms, you aren't just Divya you're also a mother. Then I also realized that your hapiness is with this baby and I can't take your hapiness away." Divya hugs Amar really tight. Amar says, "I promise, After today I will fill every moment of your life with happiness. After our baby is born it will be us three."
Amar is painting the baby's room Divya comes in the room, and calls Amar's name Amar turns around. Divya laughs because Amar has paint on his face.
Amar is standing facing the wall and Divya comes in the room. Amar turns around and he has something under his shirt that makes it look like he is pregnant. Divya laughs, then it looks like Divya is in a bit of pain but she laughs it off. Divya puts her head on Amar's stomach.
Aniket is sitting on the bed and Bharat is sitting infront of him. Bharat says, "I'm sorry papa I couldn't come to court. I know it was a big day for Amar and Divya. I wanted to finish the work I had quickly so I could come to the case..." Aniket interupts Bharat and says, "But what Bharat? What kind of work was it, because of which you couldn't come to court. What has happend to you, you are constantly tense and this morning you just left. Bharat what is eating you. Your family is going through a hard phase and you aren't there with them. What is it that you can't even tell your father." Bharat says, "Nothing dad there was alot work in the office. I'm sorry. I'll be back later dad." Bharat leaves. Aniket is thinking, "This has nothing to do with Bharat's work there is something else that is bothering him." Amar is looking at Aniket sitting on the bed thinking. Amar comes in and says, "Is everything OK." Aniket says, "Nothing is wrong." Then Aniket gives a fake smile. "Amar says, if every problem was fixed by smiling then everyone in this world would smile all the time. You are worried about Bharat. I can also feel there is something worrying you. Tell me please." Aniket says, "Amar beta, yesterday was your court case and he wasn't there. He's not even telling what is bothering him I tryed to ask him but everytime he would postpone it. Looking at his behavior is worrying me." Amar says, "I am here I will try to find out why Bharat is tensed."
Divya, Aniket and Sagar's Mom are sitting at the dining table and Gauri is cleaning up. Amar is taking Divya upstairs to her room. Aniket says, "Amar wait. Gauri can you take Divya to her room." Gauri takes Divya upstairs. Aniket tells Amar to sit down. Sagar's mom says, "Divya's health is better than before right?" Amar says, "No it is getting worse." Aniket says, "Then how are you both laughing and having fun." Amar says, "Because I want to see Divya happy. I have no control over the future, but I can control my present. I have decided that I won't let a tear come into Divya's eyes. I will keep her so happy that she forgets all her pain and sorrow, because when our child comes I want it to see his mother's smiling face. Divya told me that Shambhunath Ji will surely make a miracle happen. I also believe that Divya can never leave me." Amar starts to cry and Aniket and Sagar's Mom comfort him.
Bharat and Amar are walking in the hall and they both aren't focusing so they crash into eachother and the papers that they have in their folders scatter everywhere. They go to gather them, Bharat sees that Amar is about to get one of his papers from the mental asylum but then Bharat snatches the paper from him before he is able to read it. Bharat says, "Amar Bhaiya this is mine it is very important." Amar says, "Why are you looking so tensed is everything OK." Bharat says, "Bhaiya I am allright." Amar says, "Are you sure. If there is something you want to tell me you can share it. Then Amar leaves.
Sagar's Mom is sitting with Divya. Sagar's mom says, "If the baby's mother is healthy then the baby will be healthy." Sagar's Mom gives Divya some juice. Divya asks Sagar's Mom when one of her "rasams" will be. Sagar's mom says, "That rasam happens when you are 7 months pregnant right now you are only 5 months pregnant." Divya says, "Can't you do it any faster?" Sagar's Mom says, "This rasam happens in the 7th month for many reasons. According to Hindu Religion the 7th month is very auspicous." Divya says, "Who knows maybe in my 7th month I might not even be able to get up and sit down. Ma, I don't want because of my health that any of my baby's rasams don't get completed." Sagar's Mom says, "We will do this rasam."
Amar is at a medicine shop and his phone rings. The shop owner says, "I don't need a perscription for Bhabhi Ji's medicine, I know what she needs." The shop owner looks at the precription that Amar gave him and he says, "This time the persciption that you gave me is different. Did the doctor change her medication?" Amar says, "No it's the same check it again." The shop owner says, "This prescription is given to patients with a mental problems." Amar thinks about when Bharat and him crashed into eachother. Amar thinks, "Why does Bharat have a prescription for a mental problem? Who could it be for??"
