Divya gets up from the table and walks away. Amar says its ok...she is probably sad about losing her baby still. Divya overhears and becomes emotional. Divya asks for forgiveness. Amar is getting ready for work and Divya says she is sorry about the incident at the breakfast table. Amar says that if she feels better after screaming then she should scream more. Amar says he will come home early from work. He is walking downstairs when he remembers that Divya didnt take her medication. He walks back towards the room and sees Gauri giving Divya the medication. He walks away. Divya sees him walk away. Divya thanks Gauri for handling everything for her. Gauri says she will be always with Divya. They both go to the doctor for checkup. Doctor says the baby is fine, but once he grows more Divya will have more pains. Doctor asks her if she will be able to handle it. Divya says she will. Divya is sleeping and Gauri comes and tucks her in. Amar is working and takes a break and almost falls asleep. Suddenly he sees a cup of coffee sitting beside him and sees gauri walking off. It seems like a month passed with Gauri and Divya hiding the truth. Divya wakes up and Gauri brings juice for her. Aditi and Choti Ma have a talk. Aditi tells Choti Ma that for Divya's sake we must stay happy. Choti Ma asks Aditi to give a kid to Divya. Karuna overhears their conversation. Karuna again taunts Additi and their marriage.
Divya is in her room remembering past moments concerning her baby. Aditi is cleaning up and finds Karan and her pictures there. Karuna walks in while she tries to clean up. She sees the picture. Karuna again starts taunting Aditi. Karuna asks her why does she have Karan's pictures. Just then Bharat comes in and Kaurna tells Aditi to get tea for Bharat. Bharat praises Aditi. Karuna sheds Aditi in a bad light. Kaurna says Aditi lives with her old memories.
Divya is in for her checkup again. Doctor tells Divya that she needs to take care of herself. Amar walks into the same hospital. He asks for Divya's medication. Divya sees her baby in the sonography. Amar learns that the gynecologist has Divya's file. Amar gets puzzled. Amar goes toward the doctor's office. Divya is happy seeing her baby. Amar walks in while Divya and Gauri are behind the curtain. Amar calls for the doctor and Divya and Gauri recognize him. He asks the doctor why she has Divya's file. Doctor gives Amar the file. Divya notices Amar looking at the sonography and sees his anguish at losing his child. Divya is sitting there feeling sorry for Amar's sadness. Divya says that she hasnt even told him that the baby is still alive. Gauri consoles Divya.
