Gauri comes back to the house. Divya starts questioning Gauri asking her why she left and when she touches Gauri's shoulder, Gauri moves away. Aniket tells her that she shouldn't have left without saying anything and she agrees saying that she shouldn't have left at all. Gauri says she won't leave till she gets the answers to her questions. Divya tells her that she can understand the pain of being away from your husband as she loves her husband as much Gauri loves hers and wants to help Gauri find him but she can't unless Gauri tells her who her husband is. Before Gauri can say anything Amar pulls Divya to the side and tells her that Gauri isn't feeling well and that leave the questions till later. Divya tells Gauri to get some rest and Gauri tells everyone to leave her alone for a while and that she doesn't want to talk to anyone. After everyone leaves, Amar takes Gauri's hand and takes her outside.
Aniket and some lady (sorry don't remember who she is) talk about what's going on. The lady says that Gauri seems strange as she's been missing all night and that she's being rude to Divya who's trying to help her. Aniket tells the lady not to worry and that Gauri is probably aware of that but is probably not in her senses since her husband left her. The lady says that she thinks Gauri might create problems and that they know nothing about her or her husband. Aniket tells her that she's worrying too much and leaves. The lady talks to herself and says that she thinks Gauri seems like trouble for this house.
Amar's dragging Gauri and Gauri tells him to let go. She aks him where he's taking her and he says he's taking her away from the house. He tells her that he doesn't want Divya to get involved as she's pregnant and Gauri tells him that his lie won't be hidden forever. She asks him why he did this to her and that it's a sin to marry her while starting a family with someone else. She keeps calling him Shivam and he yells that he's not Shivam but Amar. He tells her everything about how Shivam died and his parents had him pretend to be Shivam. Gauri asks Amar for forgiveness as he had to go through a lot for her sake. She tells him that she'll go away from his life but Amar tells her to stay for a while as she's not feeling well. Gauri says she's ok but then she faints.
Gauri is rushed to the hospital. Aniket asks the doctor is Gauri's ok and the doctor says that they're conducting a few tests and after that they can say something about her condition. Divya asks Amar what happened but Amar lies and says he doesn't know and that he just saw Gauri faint.
Amar calls Shivam's house and Mohini picks up. She tells Amar that since he's found Gauri she can stay with them and that they don't need her at the village and hangs up.
The doctor tells Amar and them that Gauri's fine now and that they can go see her. Divya tells Gauri not to worry as they're with her. Later when it's just Amar in the room with Gauri, Gauri tells Amar that she doesn't want Divya to find out the truth and Divya walks in. She asks Gauri what it is that Gauri's trying to hide from her.
