I'm pretty sure the reporter said 'Vidya ke ghar...' and it sounded like 'Veere'.

I'm guessing that huge coach belonged to the workers.

Its looks like it was more on the sets of Dulhann,rather than S/D house,because y would all the set peoples do at there house.
