I hope that wasn't blood and it was ketchup

This is probably not possible but what if the bullet hit the coin, the coin hit a ketchup packet and the ketchup packet exploded causing it to look like blood. Now Amar is on the ground and going like that because his phone rang and it was on vibrate and he got shocked. I'm trying to think positive after such a serious episode.
