I love rajji's character because at the end of thing she does thing that she think is the best for herself and that's is lacking in our people mentality sometimes. She also respect her family and accept their point of view.
i also like her family because they supported her when she wanted to come home and they also approved of her having a job. That's something very important and it's a good message to the audience.
What i love the most about her is that she isn't afraid to stand against men and her husband to be precise. A wife doesn't have to be a doormat and she is perfectly aware of that. Their is a difference between trying to make things work and letting people walk over you, and Rajji drew the line between the two which shows that her brain is working and it's a good thing !
But lately i've been confused at her when she decided that she wouldn't talk to sohum but at the same time that she wouldn't accept divorce (see her reaction when her uncle first broke the news of divorce to her) I thought that she was doing it maybe because divorce meant 2nd marriage (and that she didn't want it) or because it was humiliating for her family (but since they are supportive, it didn't make much sense) but today i finally understood what she was meaning by her indecision : why are they all asking HER to make choices now that things have gone bad, but no one asked her opinion when they married her. Why should she take responsibility for things that she has been thrown into?
So today i realize that her indecision wasn't about being uncertain but about making a point and i really liked it.
