well, i wouldn't mind the closure of BANDINI because there is not much left in it now, specially in terms of SANRAJ'S romance ....
having said this, i wouldn't mind BANDINI 2 as well, provided there is a solid plan for the story and every body is committed to it...because i don't want to see body doubles on my screen any more....

girls as per our talk with imagine head of fiction today.....he appeared somewhat unsure and wavering as the day of reckoning draws near

he told us that bandini was always a brand for imagine and they were as deeply emotionally attached to it as us. He felt however that there is not much left in the current storyline to explore. trps had also declined over the past four months

he said however in response to our queries for a season two that they would consider it and discuss with ekta

we have decided to create this petition for the above plz sign if you wish to recreate the sanraj magic!!!!!

bandini 2 only if ronitroy is committed to it ,you never know after so many awards he has good offers from bollywood , than whats the point of ban 2 with bd.

ronit roy will definitely do it
If he does not do a daily show he will be forgotten
So he has to. As for udaan it won a lot of critical acclaim but was not a commercial success by any standards
And even topmost bollywood actors have now turned to tv
Its the age of the small screen not big

IMAGINE had always said that BANDINI was a ronit roy show...they never wanted to let it go...but they could not help save it as well...they continued for 4 months with poor trps...any bigger channel would not have waited that long....they have to struggle for their survival too...it is their right, as it is of any body else's....the poor trps was due to poor story....BT is mainly responsible for destroying the scope of this great play...
i hope with BANDINI 2, they don't take leaps as much as they did with the original BANDINI...and body doubles are avoided to the max, except in very genuine cases...i hope they learn from their mistakes.
i will sign in for the petition. thanks ramona for sending it.

It depends on stars that they would like to act in another season or not? If ronit sir n aasia would be ready to act for it again ,then it might come back. Otherwise kuch nahi pata!

literally imagine told it. I think that ekta seems to be fed up of ds show so she thought to end it soon. Really speaking ds time story was going on well.

Viky the story was good no doubt but the main reason for poor trps was SanRaj being potrayed old.
Ekta loves Bandini she herself said that a lot of time.
And rest about Imagine...i chatted with Mr Saurabh Tiwari (Imagine's head) and we had a little bit of argument lol..but then he himself sent me a fresh msg giving clearification regarding his decisions and etc etc...they themself are very insecure with their decision of pulling off Bandini.
I requested him he said he will think over season 2 and will talk to ekta regarding it.

well Ronit sir is a middle aged man of 45 yrs now there is no way he can be a lead in a bolly movie coz even in UDAAN he was lead's father so thats the role he'll probably get nw ...and moreover UDAAN was commercially flop.
Also the fact is there is very less probability of him getting a romantic lead role in Tv soaps so i think Bandini 2 is a great option.
