Then this new guy ask santu about the the Mahiwanshi family members and says that he would like to give them a surprise...........then we see Moti giving khemi some papers and say to put it in a box and then this guy arrives.............everyone is shocked

No, this isn't the same guy. This is probly his younger brother. Sarang's just come down from London, etc. But he's too young to be the guy Bansuri was going to marry.
