I just saw the episode.

If my guess is right, Santu is now going to try to keep herself out of DM's way completely.

She has removed her payals, assumed that DM "slept" in the living room because of her presence in the bedroom and is now filled with remorse and god knows what.

She will purposefully remove herself from his presence when he is around and that will make him suffer.

I really dont think she can purposely make his life a hell.Like Shalu mentioned,she will do all that we want unintentionally.
