Come on guys.............He is shell shocked......you would be too if your whole world comes unravelled all of a sudden......
his belief of his wife always being honest to him is shattered,
his sister who always told him everything since they were little, hid the biggest secret from him that she was married and had a child from that marriage....
the boy who he raised is not his son but his sister's son....
the boy and both his wives knew about this and they never told him...
his own son whom he never knew existed (because nobody told him about the exchange of the babies before) and had died a long time back...

these r all bombs if you consider urself in his shoes.........and when you r bombarded with these, you tend to lose mental control....it takes time to absorb all these realities...so his reaction was natural...he cannot believe his own family...the closest circle...has deceived him....
give him time....let him absorb it....

as faor motiben...she knew this would happen should the truth come out.... and she was ready for the consequences for she knew how big this was......(see previous episodes and you will understand)

he has taught all his kids to b open and honest...and maulik's hidding it too made him slap him....cause that was the only person he could vent his anger on physically......

santo....being the good hearted and caring soul that she is....got the stinging insult.....but knowing DM and his insaaf...he will correct himself and appologize....he knows that she did not do it purposefully....unlike his dead wife and sister........who didnot share it then and there when it happened....
don't call it an ego issue....hidding a secret is terrible burden...can relate to that....and sometimes some truths hurt more if exposed than if they r kept.....this was one of those............

Its never an ego isssue but the way he expressed hhis anger is beyond shocking

His anger towards Santu was totally unjustified, the girl was stuck between a rock and a hard place and she had no choice either way. She would be damned if she told the secret and damned if she didn't

Santu back to square one in her equation with DM.

Santu is going to pick herself right up and go upstairs and help her hurting maalik. That's what she will do. She will be more grown-up in this situation than all the grown-ups. Baa will console Santu and DM.

Whether it will be Baa or Santu who will go and console DM.. I think Baa might send Santu to him.

Santu will see the pain in her maalik's eyes, and then she will console him.
