Like someone said elsewhere (sorry don't remember who), if Santu went around hugging strange purush for the sake of the greater good, everyone would be lining up to call her names. No reason why DM should get away with it.

He should have corrected Suraj naa......I understand the older kids calling her Santu, even she asked them too....but I don't get how DM allows Suraj to call her Santu. In India kids don't call elders by name even if they are not related and she is his step-mom.....hope DM realizes this and corrects Suraj......maybe this time he didn't correct Suraj so as not to raise Ana's suspicions but he should as soon as the Ana mess is sorted out.
