"For Santu being servant, i agree he should have stopped moti, but i think, he must be thinking that since he has no relation left with her then why should i comment on this matter (which according to me is a rubbish).

Thank you so much--That was my point. 😆

Thats a lame excuse na..to keep mum..

I used to watch KS,where Jai Walia was shown to be such a strong person, but he became a lamb when Jigyasa was around--his sister.

I hate to see it happening here too.

Truce! Lets see what happens tomorrow. 😛

I have not watched the episode yet and so am unaware of DM's and Santu's expressions when the conversations happened.
Why could Santu not stand up for herself and the words she herself said about self respect? She heard what Nanaji had to say about it yesterday too. Why does it have to be one extreme or another? There is always a middle path.
She does not have to live in the mansion as a naukrani. It is not like Nanaji's house is far away. She can come every morning for Baa's health and well-being and then leave for home every evening. That way Baa's is looked after and her self-respect and respect for Nanaji's feelings - everything stays intact.
Waiting for tomorrow to see if Radhika's prediction regarding DM and Moti comes true or not.

Beautifully said,Hema. Its a perfect solution. She doesnt have to stay, but still meet everybody's expectations

When you watch it,pay attention to how he notices MB when she walked out.The way he follows out, gives me hope that maybe, just maybe,he wants to talk to MB.

What I don't understand is that didn't they recently do Subhadra's barsi when DM got all mad at Santo because she took Subhi's photo down without asking him and then we had that wonderful scene with Santo hanging the photograph and DM helping her down from the stool.....has it already been a year that now they have Subhi's shradh --- barsi and shradh are the same thing, i.e. puja at someone's death anniversary, right? Shouldn't SanRaj marriage anniversary, holi etc have come before another barsi/shradh?

Creatives are really goofing up.....

Like many people on this forum, I find it hard to beleive that all these people think that the divorce is done because the papers have been filed....these people(Mahiyavanshis) may live in a village but they are educated and have not been shown to be ignorant, so why start now? And how come the lawyer asked Santo to appear in the court but not DM....DM too should have got a notice for court appearance.....that would tell him the divorce is not final.....this coupled with the shradh/barsi confusion....once again the creatives are messing up big time....

And how come Santo is still wearing mangalsutra and sindoor if she believes she is divorced?

Among many gujju communities barsi and shraddha are 2 different things. The 2 weeks before Navratri are considered the days of 'shraddha' and there is a day which is called 'avidhwa naum' when the shraddha of all women who were 'suhaagans' at the time of their death is observed by their families. This is more so in rural areas.
Barsi is the actual date of death.

SG,Probably they will have a closure for this divorce track later this week itself.Since they had the sense to include a lawyer, they may show it.

About Santu's sindoor,i think they must have shot all these scenes on the same day,and they just forgot to wipe off the sindoor. 😆 DM has the same red kurtha.

Thanks Hema for the info....so someone actually did their research, thats good. Now, if only they would handle the divorce matter intelligently....
Navratri is coming, so guess thats why the shraddha....just wondering, maybe this time Santo will get to sit with DM in the puja....somethings got to happen to make that possible, it's high time.....
