In Hiten-Khemi's case they are not related by blood. I never was and still am not in favor of the Hiten-Khemi angle. My post is just to know everyone's thoughts.

I agree with you about father-son both being in relationships with the Waghela sisters. Let us hope that like other promos this one turns out to be majorly misleading. Maybe Hiten-Khemi will cross the line, Khemi gets preggy but has realized her mistake and so agrees to marry this other dude and takes off with him. Enters later on with the child to create problems down the road.
