The episode begins with Santo changing back into her old shabby clothes after removing all
the expensive clothes and jewelry .. just then, DM enters the room, back from the airport ..
He looks at Santo, who looks totally different .. he is a bit dazed..

I thought tht he will say Santu u dont need to go anywhere but not ..He was watching her as he dint even saw her before

S: Malik, from the last few days, I have been living with you .. in the same house ... before this, I
have never lived in such a big house with such big people .. so if I have committed
any mistake, please forgive me ..
Here she done good thing warna Baad mein every1 will get angry coz In DM house ppl need any thing by which they can do ataya chaar on Santu

She looks at the photograph given to her by Meghna .. and is taking it along with her ..
DM asks her to stop and then gives her the sarees and jewels ..
Santo asks him how she can take all these with her ..

DM: All this was given to you .. and it is yours.. take it all along with you .. go now ..
I thought he will ask her abt the Photo kisne diya i mean he shud show sum eager abt the PHoto😕But Santu got Permision From DM tht can take the things out


Santo leaves .. DM gets a phone call from Saumil Bhai telling him there is
an urgent meeting at Surat and he should be there .. DM leaves immediately ..
I was LAughing wen he said Saumil Bhai i was thinking looo Megna Ben Gai or Saumil Bhai aa gaye now he will b like Bhabhi ji aap ye kareiye woo kareiye etcetc But Santu Luk was ver ygood ..Saumail Bhai ka Phone kaam k liye thaaa Not for the Sanraj Meeting

Virat greets DM but DM does not respond ...

The meeting begins .. Saumil Bhai starts with reminding DM that the 7-country
export deal has been gained by Avinash Chaudhary and he needs
some more wokers .. he tells DM to lend some of his workers to
Avinash for a period of 3 months to work on this consignment as they are sitting
with no work in the Dharampur factory ..

DM dint get the Assingment of 7 countries ..but the PErson who got the Assihgnment is totally useless ..

of recession, you will not have to pay them from your side .. you will save
some money when they work for Avinash .. secondly Avinash's order will also be completed
on time .. so what do you think?

these deals are sought by back-biting and two-timing business partners..(referring to Virat)
and now they are eyeing my workers!

I am sending my samples to clients in Japan and China .. my best worker Madhav Solanki
is working on teh samples to be sent ..

DM and Pinakin are going back .. Pinakin asks DM why he let Avinash and Virat know about
their future projects even when they have not been confirmed yet ..

DM: I know they have not been confirmed, but now we have to work hard
to make sure we get it ..
DM is Smart Enoguh he knows IF VIrat+Avinash KNows tht he dint get the project too tht will b a TURB over for DM so ..DM Smarlty said i got the Assignment

P: Virat and Avniash's intentions are not honorable ... they will try their best
to steal this opportunity away from us ..
Fianlly Pinakin is Bak 👏👏

DM: I know about that Pinakin .. but the fact remains that if we do not get these
orders, running our Dharampur factory is going to be difficult.. that is
why I have assigned this all important task to
Madhav Solanki .. do one thing .. go to him and make him understand the
gravity of the situation and tell him that the material given to him this time
is of exceptional quality ...
KNow Eveerything Depends on the Madhav Solanki and all workers 👏

are going through difficult times becuase of the recession .. and in this scenario,
it is most important that we get these future orders .. the ones for which you are
going to make the sample .. I have come to remind you that when you work
on these diamonds, do not consider them as diamonds, but as the fate of thousands
of workers employed by malik .. for if in the worst case, we do not get this order,
these 1000s of people will be rendered unemployed and the factory may have
to be shut down ..
