I'm scared that Shashank turning out to be Meghna's son may not be a good thing for Santo. If Kadu & Taru Ben find out about his & Santo's knowing each other previously and more especially about his feelings for Santo, what's stopping them from twisting things around to portray Santo in the worst possible way. What better way for Kadu to weasel her way out of the marriage than by accusing her future husband and step mother of having an affair. And yes, I do think she is that much of a spoilt, selfish brat. And aided and abetted by Taru Ben, can you imagine what they would do to poor Santo.
Shashank is likely to be a lot more observant than his mother. It shouldn't take him long to suss out what Santo's true position in the house is and even if he tries to be just a friend and help her, it will be misconstrued terribly. And until now Meghna has been nothing short of an angel towards Santo but do you think she will take kindly to having aspersions cast on her son due to Santo. And finally there is DM, he may get jealous but he is so hell bent on running away from his feelings, so who knows how he will react. First of all does he know Santo well enough to believe she will never do something like that. Their realtionship is tentative at best, can they survive such a big blow. This could turn out really, really good with DM realising Santo's worth or it could turn out really, really badly.
