Hiten's Character

I started watching Bandini because the show seemed genuinly interesting. But I was hooked when Hiten's character was introduced. Not that he's dissimilar to other male EK-characters, what with the whole hard, cold, arrogant, intriguing attitude, but he's fresh because of his obvious weaknesses and the relationship he shares with his father - which is, let's be honest, not the best.

i think the purpose of his character is 2 get DM nd santo 2gether not willingly but unwillingly with him not even knowing that he is geting them closer with his hard strong nd i can make it on my own that he got going on now unknowingly to him he is gonna end up geting DM nd santo together.

Well cant really comment on his purpose yet because the whole thing about why he has such a huge grudge against his father is still unrevealed .. we'll have to wait for that to be unveiled ..

About Hiten and DM, I think they are both awesome creations by EK .. .

i think hiten's charcter is very strong.....it can be a catalyst in justifying DM's arrogance......i liked the character frm the very begn.....nd he truly looks like a carbon copy of dm....i think the actors have been chosen very carefully.....on the other hand maulik's charcter is not tht strong hence the actor is also chosen tht way.....i mean there is nothin wrong with the actor but he looks timid in front of hiten.....

ok people dont you get it. The only way Hiten will accept Santo is if he falls in love with Khemi ( Santo;s sister0. Let me tell you what will happen. At first he will fight his feelings because she is Santo's sister and also from a lower caste. Then when things heat up he would want to talk to Khemi etc. I think Khemi will be the catalyst for Hiten to accept Santo. I think Hiten is a hunk and Khemi is beautiful. I think Ekta should get some love theme going between them. Dont you think ? By the way how slow is the serial going to go I mean bring on the romance between santo and DM ??? By the way can someone please make suggestions as to getting rid of Moti bhen every time she talks demeaningly to Santo I just wish her head would explode !!!!Sandy

Khemi is definitely a beautiful girl and I was kinda hoping that Hiten saves her .. aah well .. let's see !

maybe he'll hook up with Santu's other sister .. and he will love her lol

Bandini deals with so many family but additionally socio-economic issues of a rural area in India and I think Hiten has his part to play in both. On one side we witness the flaws between him and DM, whereas, as the next heir to the DM thrown he might be showing potential as the next Maalik.

How he fits in with Santu - Only God and Ekta know.

We've just seen the jewel ball thing, and my initial thoughts is that Hiten seems to have a thing against his mum, I don't speak Hindi but from the body language, it seems that he went a bit nuts when he seen Santu with the same robes on as in the picture of DM's ex missus.
