yes, it is more self inflicted but i think that his situation has made him so.. we all know that earlier they were not in the same position and he has had to work hard to achieve the status they have now.. and there must have been a lot of obstacles in the way and he had to overcome those.. so all these things have made him like that.. i still think he's more like a coconut.. uper se sakht, and andar se naram.. 😉

and Sammie, i think the reason is he loves his wife too much.. and it has been hard for him to move on.. so he has found a solace in just talking to her pictures now.. to him, she is alive.. yes, some people might find it disturbing but i think it's endearing.. 😊

Hey Sanam, I just read this and I agree with ya. I love DM's bandhan with Subhadra and I also find it endearing, in fact I lubb it a lot. I guess, in building his fortune, he couldn't give Shu the time he wanted to and even though he loved her dearly, he couldn't be there for her and his children. The deep love was always there though. Maybe, thats why, he feels guilty after her death and just can't let go of her. He is also the quite, silent and brooding type, someone who bottles everything in and its only to Shubhadra he can be himself and talk, be it she is dead now.
