Mahesh tells Darpan that the game will be over if someone leaves it in between and no one will get any prize. Darpan tells that she wants to see the moon. Mahesh takes her near a box and tells that her moon is inside it. She touches it and steps back. Darpan asks how the moon got fitted in such a small box. Mahesh tells that the person who wins the game can only open the box. Mahesh tells that he will give the moon back as they are not playing the game. Darpan thinks for some time and tells that they will play the game. Mahesh tells that they will enjoy the game and they will have to win it. Mahesh tells Darpan to go and tell her mother what she wants to do on her birthday.
After Darpan leaves Mahesh calls Shantaram. Ganesh remembers what Mahesh said and goes near the box. Mahesh asks Shantaram why he is behaving like that with Darpan. Ganesh opens the box and finds it empty and gives a long cry. Darpan hears him and goes to bring him. Mahesh tells Shantaram that he kept Darpan away from this and she thinks it to be a game. Shantaram tells that Darpan can't come to school.
Ganesh comes out and signals Mahesh to go inside with him. Mahesh sees the box open and Darpan comes there at that time. Darpan tells Ganesh to go with her to make preparations for her birthday. Mahesh looks gratefully at Ganesh and thanks him.
Next morning Darpan wakes up and finds her room decorated with flowers. She comes out jumping and Ganesh throws flowers on her. Everyone sings happy birthday for her and makes her sit on the swing. Prabha tells Darpan to smile and then they will to buy cake and dress. Darpan tells that her friends won't be coming on her birthday. Mahesh tells that no one will come as they will lose the game if they come. Mahesh tells Darpan that Ganesh is going to do something special for her. Mahesh tells Prabha that he will have to go to his office for some work and he will leave them in the market.
Mahesh is waiting at his office for the new DG. The shopkeeper tells Prabha that they didn't take any order from them. Darpan tells the man that he is lying. Prabha tells Darpan that they will take another cake. The man tells that all the cakes got sold and they don't have any cake available for them.Prabha goes to the tailoring shop and the man tells that the pink dress is not theirs. He tells Prabha that they will have to close their shop now. They come out of the shop and Darpan starts crying.

Precap : Mahesh tells Prabha that he will bring Darpan's cake and dress. The DG tells Mahesh that his account got sealed and electricity and water facility will be taken off. Darpan asks Prabha why Mahesh is not coming. Mahesh comes outside their house and sits on the swing.
