ARASU .. a big break for me tro cjb sir.. first i should thank him.. n abt tht role.. yes it did influence me a bit real life as well .. sub conciously.. how did u know tht? thought i can come over it but still malargal is not lettin me go.. 😈 will try n keep up with bhandam as mr nice guy..q2 : ashok was replaced due to too many confusions.. n dev is bk with a bang .. his role in bandham is not small.. it will develope when his track wit aishwary (kalpana) starts .. q3: ARASI .. will be in it soon.. Deepak, a few more questions for you:

1. Your role as "Arasu" in Manaivi won you much appreciation for the negative role portrayed on-screen. Is it true that sometimes an on-screen character can affect an actor's off-screen personality? Heard that during the days of shooting for Manaivi, your real life personality turned somewhat rude and arrogant, similar to "Arasu"'s character on-screen. How involved does an actor become with his role on-screen, especially when you need to play that role for over 2 years of your life? Heard that "Arasu"'s character played a negative toll in your real life and you were happy when the serial shooting finally ended.

2. Vaishnavi (who earlier played "Vidya"'s role in Malargal) is missed dearly, even after a year of her sad demise. It was in the newspapers that following her death, actor Dev Anand was subsequently arrested and released. Why isn't the role of "Ashok" in Malargal being played by him now, as he is out of prison? He is acting in a small role in Bandham though.

3. Do you re-enter with your dual role in "Arasi"? What was the purpose of that dual role played in "Selvi"? How does that story track end?

4. Are you playing a dual role in Malargal too? (One as Ramesh and the other as James.) Is it going to be a similar track to your roles in "Selvi"?
