am sure it is a dream or sakthi will surely survive. he has to be alive to tell nithi in person that he hasn't touched her. remember, she wont even believe if an obgyn tells her.

no, it was just a mooligai that put him in deep sleep and made him look as though he was dead. i have heard of such things. remember even in one movie, was it rajni's sivaji, they employed this tactic? but i am sure there are medicines, especially naattu marundhu that can be used for this purpose

i only wish one of us could get hold of some of this wonder medicine that we can give to story writers/directors and threaten them to end these serials soon or else, maatru marundhu nahi....

as quoted by swash2 the medicine(root) was given to sakthi only for deep sleep. the police wrongly sent sakthis body to martuary thinking that he was dead. then came the same samiyar who inturn give another medicine which brings back sakthi to his normal stage.

last but not the least we have discussed the same topic with our writer Mr. S. Kumaresan, according to him the concept of this scene is derived from Romeo and Juliet (Climax Scene)
