Please do not mistake me - I feel that as a responsible
citizen of India, I need to put forth this fear of mine - to
people who matter.

TV is in all the drawing rooms and now it is global. You
need to know that there are other races who watch all
our Indian serials as well - even if they do not understand
the language, the glitter attracts - I have had a few Malay
friends who ask me this -" Is India a safe place to travel?" -
all because of the violence shown in films and serials.
I am not saying that the rest of the world is Garden of Eden
but don't you think that you have a moral responsibility to
promote our culture, riches etc., etc.,??? Visual medium is
very powerful.
