If Dr. Amit /Avinash quits how would his exit be shown ?

And,so the clown and lifeless Nandini can live happily everafter 🤣. Or I think as Deeps has suggested Amit might leave abroad since he would be fed up with Vandana and his dad would look after the hospital.

Not abroad then the cvs might bring Amit back best is let him get in some kind of a crash then no chance of him coming back in this show period .

There's no need for him to die. The CVs can get another actor to play Dr. Amit who is ready to play a supporting role.
