I read Jazz statement. She said pratyusha's intention was not to kill herself but just to frighten him, but she accidentally died.

When the case is in court - justice for Pratyusha is a misnomer. By signing the petition - we are accusing court of not doing justice and that too before it has pronounced it's judgement. Pratyusha's parents or even public cannot dictate terms of justice to court - we should believe in court - more so, because we do not know clear facts.
