does this track is long one or cameo.

r cvs planed long run track between this doctor and anandi.

what is a need of this nidhi character. instead of that cvs can show how sn facing problem due to pooja. something like that.

So many reason
they wanted a popular name in the show. but it will not help numbers since ganga has very low number.
hiten must have shown interest because it will improve his cv acted in longest running show.
