Whoever it is its only a small track. But if its LPS, then atleast kidnapping will close his track. If its some other prostitution racket, why they will kidnap a MLA's wife for trading? It must be for revenge na? Otherwise why draw unnecessary attention on themselves by kidnapping a MLA's wife?
