The connection you brought between the two was the high point ... could have never imagined that it was J's fault due to which Shiv lost Ashima. Really a very nice twist to the story. Also really appreciate Shiv for not blaming anandi for his loss.

Teaser For Last Chapter

Shiv and Anandi followed Ananya to her room with her blanket, pillow, her mamma teddy and papa teddy. They tucked her in and wished her good night and sweet dreams. As Shiv and Anandi were leaving from the room Ananya called out to Shiv. "Papa do you know that chor came into the house in the cartoon I was watching!" Shiv smiled as he understood why Ananya was not able to sleep even after hearing two bedtime stories one from him and the other from Anandi. He came to her and picked her up in his arms and took her to the window. "Ananya look guard uncle is at the main gate. He will never let any chor come to our house. No one can steal Ananya from mamma and papa. Ok ab soi soi karte hain." Anandi came and took her in her arms while Shiv showed Ananya that the doors to the balcony were properly locked. He also double checked the windows for her surety. He also checked the washroom for any bhoo bhoo's hiding in there but there was no one. "Papa you love me very very very very very much na that is why you are scared for me and you have checked everything and everywhere in the room. But papa you know that there are monsters under the bed. You did not check there. I am not scared of monsters main toh papa ka brave baccha hoon na but I know you are scared for Ananya. If you will not see neeche bed ke toh you will not be able to sleep na so you should see under the bed so that at night you can sleep peacefully." Shiv and Anandi exchanged smiles and Shiv checked under Ananya's bed for monsters. "There is nothing under the bed. Koi monster nahi aa sakta papa ki brave beti ke paas hai na?" Once again Shiv and Anandi tucked her in. They stayed by her side till she fell asleep. They slowly moved out of her room and closed the door a bit and stood there. Shiv put his arm around Anandi's waist and she rested her head on his shoulder as they looked upon their daughter who slept peacefully with a sweet smile on her face.
