Pizza madam had insulted Anandi when she and lal singh went to Mumbai to purchase hosp equipments Anandi ne kabhi pizza dekh nahi hoga na gao mein pizza nahi milta hoga na etc

Now Anandi ko phir se jeene ki tamanna hai pizza khaane kla iraada hai and Pizza madam ko dal bhaat bahut bhaane lage hain
