I don't think they have been side tracked as such because they have had quite a few tracks after Anandi got married and left.
A lot has been shown in Jagya's life over the past one year
Jagya took over the hospital helped Ganga managed to get over his past got married to Ganga in the middle of drama he managed to complete his education and now he has dual career and he has been shown to manage both also taking care of his family and his constituency well Ganga also grew in stature since her marriage days.
Agreed till Sanchi Saurabh issue and her wedding to Kabra Sanchi was eating up alot of space and footage but we have seen since April they have been focusing mainly on the two couple.
Infact AnSh started having tracks only from April this year and before that right from honeymoon till Sanchi rapae case for almost one year AnSh didn't have tarcks except for adopting Amol.
These past few months the footage and tracks were given to both pairs.
Infact the tracks that Jagya Ganga had were much better showing them in positive light doing a lot to family and the society and AnSh were just shown getting into one trouble after the other.
We can't really say that they have been sidelined. It is just that their tracks didn't work as much as they were expected to.I may like AnSh but I do watch the show for it's story and all the characters somehow the tracks whch they had for Jagya did not make an impact on me and I have been watching the show since beginning it's not like I watch it just for AnSh.
As for the screen time I guess it depends on the scenes they were showing.
It does look like AnSh get more screen space simply because they are there in all Shekhar parivar scenes because they do not sell without AnSh where as Dadisa and Singhs don't need either Jagya or Anandi to sell their scenes or tracks.
So Singh Parivar/Dadisa get their tracks
Jagya Ganga get their tarcks
AnSh only get tracks with the Shekhar family only now they started focusing on their professional life. Anandi and Shiv's professional life tracks have been sacrificed to show Shekhar pariwar.
In all this they bring in Kahani Sanchi ki every once in 2/3 days since they love her.
The screentime and footage has not been compromised for either of the pairs.
As for the monatge it has been a reflection of what is happening in Anandi's life.
The current phase in the story - Both the pairs have their own lives and what's more Jagya is only a shadow from her past that's what the montage indicates.
I don't think even now in this present BH track they have sidelined JaGan - Looks like DB track is meant for DS as well as J.
His redemption and subsequent tracks have not been handled well but that is the case with Anandi and Shiv's tracks too.
So I don't really see any sidelining og JG by the CVs as far as the tracks and footage goes.
