Shiv is sitting in his favourite spot tears falling down his face at the wreck his life has become. Black clouds are threatening the sky. Anandi is desperately searching for Shiv with an umbrella in her hand and chances upon Shiv. Rain starts falling. Anandi opens the umbrella and rushes to shield Shiv but it is too late. Rain starts falling heavily. Shiv sees her and stands up but can't control his emotions anymore. He starts weeping in earnest. Anandi pacifies him by hugging him and patting his back. Shiv continues crying like a kid. By now both are wet to the core, His head rests on Anandi's head, while the salty tears intermingle with the rain and are washed away.
