When dadisa was saying that it is devima's chamatkar, I wanted to say it is CVs chamatkar.

Yes, it is CVs chamatkar throughout.

Everyone becoming saintly and giving stiff competition to poor anandi, the mother of all sainthood.

BV is now filled with so many good characters dripping with syrupy goodness that we need to stay away for a while.

Yes, amol will be kidnapped and there is going to be usual drama(YAWN) and he maybe rescued in the nick of time. He may even regain his legs trying to run away from his kidnappers.

You are right it is CVs chamatkar 😆
Apparently the writers of Balika Vadhu believe that every human being however bad she or he may be should begiven second chance to do things differently and change for better😊

So till the going is good they keep showing bad people becoming good and giving stiff competion for the original Mahan😛

Now Rat also will become another Anandi by the time the show ends. How dare he give compettion to Mahan Anandi😡
-------------------
On a serious note I have no issues about seeing stories about people turning over new leaf and starting life all over again on a positive note as long as the stories are sensible and told in a convincing manner like Dsa , Basant Ratan stories

Jagya's is a mixed bag for me. JMO

Sanchi's though I don't mind seeing her change but this story is the worst story so far in BV .
It was down right irritating and an eyesore too.

Would love to see the story of one transformation - Gauri's

Today maybe SR of sanchi and she crying no.

I thought Vivek being a what he is, would have first talked to sanchi instead of going for the kill.

After sanchi's no I feel he must have been a bit relieved.😆

Leaves, if the cvs are so capable of doing magic then why they are not able to pull up their socks regarding falling trp. Once known for their midas touch why today it has faded. Seriously they need to revamp as they are disoriented as regards assigning role to the important characters. BV is among the longest running shows but the other contemporary show running for equally long are still strong and firm. May be due to the effective performance or for the issues or both are responsible for giving the other one a great milieu.

Jagya's transformation - The process of his redemption was unconvincing the redemption track was unconvincing NOT his present characterisation which any ways is the much older and wiser version of Jagya before he met Gauri and was blinded by glitter of Mumbai and Gauri.
Going by what they have shown Jagya's redemption was always part of the story and it is expected that he would revert back to his old self as a part of his redemption.
Sanchi's character was unreal when she was bad and unreal when she is good and the track of her transformation is unconvincing.

Well said - The problem with Sanchi's character was her badness was too exaggerated - she was extreme when she was bad - she could cheat her own parents and go to any extent to get what she wanted.. And the changover is so fast and so drastic that it is unconvincing.. The saintly Sanchi character is actually putting off
Jagya had shades of grey and black but as the main character he had to reform
Best story so far was ratan Singh - his redemption track was surprisingly very well written - I didnt expect this story from the CVs

Bv does not show lovey dovey scenes in every episode.

There are no nautaki scenes everyday by vamps.

There are no wimpy heroes in BV.

The story does not permit it to become a purely masala entertainer.

Kids remain kids in this show while in other shows kids are made to do unrealistic things.

Salman Khan has more blockbusters than legendary Dilip Kumar. Popularity cannot be a measure of greatness.
