A Promise to Love you Forever ( From Ganga 's Point of view)
A heartfelt smile came on my face seeing my two angels Mannu and Abhi , sleeping peacefully and I sitting besides them waiting for my husband to return home . Today he got emergency operation and called us he will be back home late perhaps midnight or even more late Can't tell Don't wait for him for dinner but who can tell my heart not to wait when won't see him back home .Everyone else was asleep only I was awake waiting and wishing I hear the sound of jeep entering in the haveli soon . A thought came in my mind to call him and ask when he is coming home but then thought if he would be busy in case and I disturbed him He will get angry though I love when he is angry He looks and sounds so cute like an innocent angry kid I giggled at this thought .Ok I will not disturb him .
My eyes fall on our family picture placed on the table I picked it up My lovable family My heaven on earth .I lovingly touched my children and husband' s face and finally stopped at his face and caressed it You gave me heaven on earth I was living a life in hell before you came in my life My faith on God and humanity in the world was over after facing continuous hell Never thought I will be able to rebuild this faith and trust again but you made do so When you came in my life , my whole life changed Brought me and my son Mannu from hell to heaven .
Tears formed in my eyes thinking about my past horrible life and heart felt content smile came on my face thinking of heavenly life I am living which in the past seemed to me a distant unachievable dream. All my life in the past , I've been in the storm till you came and brought me to the warm sunshine .You turned my lonely nights into happy days and I found love in your little kind ways. Life has never been that easy but you were there, behind me all the way, you always find a way to make me smile And everything just seems to turned out right. You changed my life the day we met You always believe in the things I say and do; and I don't know how I would have made it without you.
The day you came into my life everything changed; Dreams started turning into reality you brought happiness, hope, contentment. for me And most of all, you brought love;a love so amazing, a love so powerful,a love too beautiful to ever be defined. you gave me everything that is every woman in the world desire Today I am living a blissful family life , loving in laws who gave love of family to me that I never had ,two adorable kids, my Mannu got a father's true love that he deserves and most important I have your love Lonely nights, lonely days have passed like a nightmare but now you are here Your soothing voice Your warm embraceYour comforting words Your sweet caress .Your words are simple Your ways are real The attention you give This all just makes me feel so special , so dear I don't have words to thank you , thank you for the good times , thank you for coming into my life and most of all thank you so much for loving me.
I so wish to tell you this all in words but my happy emotions just overwhelms me when you are in front of me and I become speechless and can only give you a warm hug, the desire which takes over me the most , the desire to embrace my heaven that is you but I know from my this gesture you understand my immense love for you I can understand this from your smile I love you with all I am And all I'll ever be. You are my moon ,my sun and stars ,my earth, my sky, my sea. My love for you goes down and down Beneath both life and death, So deep it must remain when I have drawn my last faint breath. I love you from the depth of my heart and always will- Forever and this is my promise to you
I hugged the photo with happiness flowing all through my body .Suddenly I heard a sound of the jeep entering haveli and I rushed downstairs and saw him entering inside the house . I ran downstairs and straight away hugged him leaving him surprised . 'Ganga 'he asked I could sense surprise in his voice 'you haven't slept yet''? 'How can I sleep without you'' I said still hugging him tight. He hugged me back and said'' But Ganga my Florance Nightingale you know when we doctors get emergencies so some times we can be very very late and our families have to adjust Its nothing new I have been late many many times and you still didn't get used to it ?
'Hmm I think I cannot get used to it ever so next time when you get such emergency ,me and kids will come with you too'' I said smiling still my head on his chest . He laughed hearing this 'This is a better idea in this way you will be in front of me too'' he said I laughed hearing this and we lovingly touched our foreheads together
'You must be hungry I know when you get busy in something you forget about food Go get fresh up I will bring food for you.'' I said . I was about to go to kitchen saying this but he pulled me back , this time surprising me .''My wife gets romantic only sometimes rest she always runs away shy and you want me to let go of this opportunity so soon, at least let me enjoy it for some more time , lets go like this to room.'' He said in his usual romantic tone
I laughed hearing this and put my head on this shoulder and hands in hands , in each other's arms we happily walked towards our room where our two angels are in their dreamland
