TOI: I am a simple small town guy :Shashank Vyas

Shashank Vyas"'Jagya' of Balika Vadhu needs no introduction. Audience across the country have loved him in the role for over three years now.
Ask Shashank whether he planned his career and he shares, "I take up life and projects as it comes to me. I never plan anything. I'm not even carrying any heap of aspirations on my mind because I know life is unpredictable. I like reality shows but I don't know if I would like to be part of them"let me focus on one project only. Infact, I never ever planned to be an actor, I just couldn't make it to a good B-school and so in the meanwhile I just thought of giving acting a shot"so I came to Mumbai, joined an acting school and began with ad-campaigns."

And off-camera, Shashank is "a simple small town guy"I completed my schooling from Ujjain and graduation from Indore. Like all the career oriented guys, I also wanted to do my MBA but I think destiny had different story decided for me. I do miss my hometown a lot but I am so busy that I can't visit my family. In my leisure time, I meet my friends, watch movies and relax."
