Boil 1 ltr milk and add a few strands of saffron; add sugar simmer till sugar melts.

8 - 10 green cardamom, 10 black peppercorns; dried rose petals, fresh rose petals Ground to fine power

Then add to milk; while it is simmering

Cool; If you feel it is too thick add come more chilled milk.

Thandai is usually green in color so add a little khus sherbet 1 tsp. {color n flavor both}

Serve ekdum chilled.

Sp. Tnadai of this quantity has 1 goli of bhang in it. 😆 If that is too much for u then add 2 leaves of bhang ke which we use in bhaang ke pakode
