At a recent event we saw actors with almost empty plates or nothing but salads while having dinner. But there was one actress who happily gorged on gulab jamuns.
Looking ravishing in a white crop top paired with a pair of fitted jeans, Sargun Mehta was seen enjoying her dessert and also catching up with old friends.
Complimenting her on her svelte figure we asked the beauty how did she manage to eat the sugary delight and not worry about putting on weight.
Showing off her radiant smile Sargun said, "I will actually tell you the secret. The more happily you eat food, the better it gets digested. Once you start cribbing about food, you automatically slow your metabolism leading to weight gain. So be happy, eat everything you love and you will look beautiful no matter what."
