Why would the CV's create such a virtuous character like Shiv and then mercilessly assassinate it is something beyond me...
When BV introduced Shiv to its audience, he came in with a ray of hope, not only to Anandi, but also to all the many illiterate and village audience who hitherto thought that no sane, educated, rich, handsome, unmarried man would marry a divorcee and that too a Balika Vadhu. He was shown as the epitome of virtuousness, a man who could always differentiate right from wrong, good from evil, remember his dialogue to Jaggu when he was faking the amnesia drama, 'hume IAS main training di jati hain sach aur jhooth main antar karne ki aur pehchan ne ki'(something like that) and how he knew that Jaggu was faking all the time, then why is it that this training is not coming to any use now when his silly, irritating sister is concerned???
The guy who so selflessly sacrificed his love for Anandi to give her the opportunity of going back to her ex husband, who was so upset with himself when he could not catch hold of Ratan, who has seen the shenanigans of his sweet sister when she tried to belittle Anandi at every given opportunity, be it his wedding Sangeet program or when she was ridiculed for not speaking English by Saanchis friends...he always stood by Anandi and the truth, so why can he not see through the little minx now, why is he acting as if Anandi has herself slit Saanchis wrists, why is he not asking his mother to watch her words...when he had so very well asked her to and made her understand to stay out of his marital problems. Why bring in a paragon of virtue if your only intent was to massacre it... Shiv's character was the only unblemished one in BV so far along with Anandi, now you have ruined it by making him look like any other Kekta serial hero...it's not too late yet, let Shiv stand up for the truth and for his wife...let him see thru his not so innocent sisters drama ...please CV's redeem yourself and cut this crap storyline...or else no Anandi will ever trust a Shiv in the future or no Ganga would dare to dream of a better tomorrow...
