For years people have been calling Gauri a murderer of her own baby because she was painfully angry, driving wayward and she had a car accident that caused a miscarriage. I saw a lot of people say a pregnant woman would disregard all else and realise that driving that way would cause her baby harm, forgetting of course that when the human mind is preoccupied and pained with matters elsewhere then it is natural that things like road rules and what is going on externally don't register to that person. This was also dismissed.
But last episode we got the perfect example. Shiv in pain with his mind on his sister's heartache was preoccupied elsewhere, angry and in rage was swerving around all over the place not concentrating on driving, even though his entire family was in the car with him. He would have crashed into that big truck had it not been for Anandi's timely scream "SHIV" ! Unfortunately Gauri had no one to give her that warning. Jogia was lying drunk and dead in the house whilst Gauri was fighting for her life in the hospital.
So back to the driving, if that accident had happened and everyone had died except Shiv how many people would call Shiv a murderer?
