shiv says if u know that u cant get help from any one that dont go out side alone but even if u have to go if eveteasor r behind then try to run and reach where security guard available

No, she did not just start her speech. She was duly introduced by the principal as the founder of Bhaili. She thanked the principal for agreeing to let them hold this workshop at such a short notice. And she introduced Shiv as the DC and her husband.

She talked about the rape and molestation type of problems being faced by women and how they can use certain weapons to protect themselves such as stun gun and pepper spray.

if u attack by gang then spray into men eyes

do not travel alone in late night .even if u have to travel and eveteasor folowing u then try to run and reach at that location where security guard available

do not travel in bus alone in night .if last passagenger is getting out u should also get out from bus

traveling in taxi and auto is safe in night
