He could have moved on but still past never leaves you so easily. Memories come uninvited in front of ones eyes as we have seen in Ansh case ,A had FB's of J on SR though she has moved on and perhaps herself didnt want that.

And not once remembering his fiancee during ceremony neither calling her is also strange for me.
