When you make a thread in a public forum then anything can happen to it. How did you assume no one would comment? And if you did not want any comments then why post?

Everyone has their own favorites. And then there are also viewers who do not have strict favorites but are interested in stories of all characters. All have their own opinions.

There is no need to increase your BP over this!

CVs will do what they want. Viewers can only have discussions and hopefully healthy ones.

You take care of your own mood and stop expecting people to respond a certain way.

These are just fictional characters. No point in getting so worked up. Sometimes shows end abruptly leaving story midway. It's all timepass provided by channel. Nothing is in viewers' hands except the remote control!

TM, I find your thread title a bit rude. I don't need anyone to tell me which characters to support and which ones not to support, thank you very much.

Gauri wasn't some kind of depraved, evil person. She made a lot of bad decisions, but she was driven by insecurity stemming back to the events of her childhood, and was consistently given wrong advice in her adulthood by her antaryaami parents. She needs counselling, not censure. And instead of writing her off as evil and responsible for Jagya's condition, she should have been shown to realise her mistakes and move on in life (as Jagya has). She deserved an opportunity for redemption, and I find the fact that the CVs didn't give her one incredibly sexist. It seems that she is most likely not going to make a reappearance in the show given that the CVs have now introduced Sanchi and Ganga for Jagya, but the fact remains that the CVs did not end her story satisfactorily, and hence lots of ardent viewers of the show will always remember her and wish for her return. I have nothing against Redeemed!Jagya or JaGan. I just want the CVs to at least acknowledge that they created a character called Gauri and to end her story with respect and dignity.
