Rama,I was thinking the same thing,shiv is the first person who is actually seriously asking him that question.But I think its late.According to shivs character he should have understood the day jagya said yes looking at him.Because shiv once upon a time said and give dhamki to jagya that he can read people's face and all that.Though he asked the right question but its quite late.Engagement to honi hi hai.
