I very rarely comment here but this story got me curious so I looked up the reports. The following report from Mumbai Mirror is the only one that quotes Sara Khan directly

According to Sara Khan, she was on the front seat with Paras Chhabra who was driving when the accident happened. One can discount the dog angle but there is no reason why she should tell lies about who was the driver and who was sitting on the front seat. So Siddharth was neither driving -- this Paras guy has been detained, questioned and investigated -- nor was he on the front seat distracting the driver. From the video shots it appears that there were three women in the back seat. In any case, it seems unlikely that the hugely built Siddharth could have squeezed himself into the back seat with two women.

So Siddharth most likely was not an occupant. Even assuming he was, he was not the driver, so he did nothing wrong. As for being there at 3 a.m. That is the time any party breaks. So why should he alone have left the party early, gone off to sleep at home and jumped out of his bedroom window to be there? What was Pratyusha doing at the accident site at 3 a.m? She is seen consoling Sara Khan. Did she also fly in there from her bedroom? Obviously not. She was following Sara's car in her own car. So Siddharth too must have followed in his own car -- or been with P in her car.

One of the initial videos said Khan and her friends were helped by other people following in their own cars. Who is the blue T guy? what was he doing there? There are more unaccounted for people in the video. who are they? What were they doing on that road at 3 a.m? Did they all fly in there from their windows? Obviously they were all at the party.

The blue T guy might have felt Siddharth would unnecessarily get dragged into it it -- which has happened..

If Siddharth was indeed in the car and he lied about it, that is bad but he looks too cool to have been in there. The trauma would have reflected on his face.

He and Pratz were in another car with few other ppl...This thread is not aimed at dragging Sid in the accident he was not even driving but its aimed at few ppl who refuse to belive tht Sid would do some mundane things like attending parties :-D

well got confused by dal mein kuch kaala comment. Thought it was about him being in the car and lying it. Why should anyone want to hide the fact that S was at P's party? So many people from BV were there. Shashank was hugging her, So what is special or not special about another cast member being there? In any case, from the video that has been posted, the only story that emerges is that she is terribly lovey-dovey with a guy who seems like her bf.So what possible interpretation can be made from S being there? He was not even shown with her, So how does his mere presence prove or disprove anything? and why does no one ever mention her bf? Is it a taboo subject? Sorry, too complex to understand
