First of all, i don't even see it written anywhere that ganga is going to deliver gehna's baby with jagya on the phone. the spoiler says

premature and IVF babies can be delivered normally. ( IVF is for conceiving difficulties and thebaby can be delivered normally) premature babies can be delivered normally unless there is some other complications like incomplete dilatation, excess bleeding etc. in western countries there r many cases where husband helped in delivering emergency/ premature delivery cases.

think normal pregnancy can be done by even nurse (maybe not as new as Ganga) because i in olden days woman used to give birth in house and house ladies used to carryout the procedure...right? so Ganga helping in delivery is not uncommon but very much common...if the pregnancy is normal then even Sumitra can help

pregnancy in 7th month is very immature but not uncommon...my aunt had my cousin in 7th month...if proper medication is given even such immature babies turn out to be normal plus mother's mental and physical state should also be good

Right from the start everything is painful and aweful. Start talking injections every day twice. The most painful part is you will inject yourself coz of the trips we need to make to hospital.

For IVF they will whack your body like hell. They put huge hormone drugs in your body making system think it is in menopause and then in the next cycle starting from day when when you are still bledding , they will scan you and start medication. Scans every two days, Injections twice everyday and drugs to wooph the egg count. Normally one egg will mature in one cycle and you guys even know what it takes to get 15 eggs to maturation. Then go for egg aspiration where they will punch holes to aspire those eggs. bledding and acute pain following aspiration. Procedure will done under anesthesia but one you wake up you will see hell.

After a couple of days again embryo transfer. For IVF patients, they have hell lot of conditions. You cant sit more than one hour. You cant stand more than half hour. Monitoring will be very heavy and delivery is done by a gynecologist who is specialist in delivering critical cases.
Everything is different. Everything is painful. Every single day is counted and women sigh in relief that a day passed by.

To make that ganga super cool cv butchers have chossen to torture people who are in the process. Yes torture us, we deserve that for watching your 🤬 for years togather and invest our time. I almost stopped posting on this forum but this i have to get out of me else i will explode.
