I don't get why the Shekhars never even considered talking to Anandi on this topic before taking the proposal to Jeitsar. The way Ira was scolding Anandi didn't make sense.

Why only Shekhars?Even Singhs did not consider talking with Anandi.

Both Bhaiaron and Basant talked sense and wanted to have a word with Anandi.Sumi shut them up by using her brilliant logic.

The ones whose senses were intact were made to keep their mouths shut by the ones whose sense have taken leave.

Anandi when she had a chance to talk even she was ineffectual.Shiv is just burying his head under the sand.

Mahi has some sense nobody will listen to him.Jagya had sense he listened t the wrong people.

and even Shiv for that matter. He is the brother and that too they consider him a responsible son of the family. It is his sasural. How does he feel if his sister married his wife's ex ? No conversation of that sort. Just bow down to Sanchi ?

And AnSh keep having conversations amongst themselves, which is good in one way but without any effect. But, better late than never AnSh atleast spoke to the family..

Highly disappointed with the way they showed the Shekhars in the beginning and now turned them into what ?

This awkwardness because of Sa marrying J did not enter either S's mind or A's mind.They were only thinking in terms of personality mismatch because both knew these two character well.That reflected in their conversations with Sanchi.

Only when J bent down to take their blessings did it strike them how awkward it will be for them and for J.Both A and S typically did not think about themselves and how it will affect them.

J's first thought on hearing about this proposal was this awkwardness.Because he still is stuck on A and he knows that both A and S know about it.

Even now they are not thinking about the awkwardness they are only thinking in terms of compatibility.

If either A or S cited this awkwardness as a reason for rejecting it Sekhars would not have gone ahead with it.

Nobody thinks about the awkwardness because they think J as a member of the Singhs not as Anandi's ex but still no matter what said and done, J and A were husband and wife at one time. And the DIL's ex is going to be their SIL and that thought never struck anyone ?

The Singhs were much better in this. They thought this rishta was ajeeb but the open-minded Shekhars never thought about it.

Shekhars initially thought about all these things.

That was Alok's first reaction.That he is Anandi's ex pati.

They all said the right things in the begining and did a 180 degree to accept the match and now they are trying hard to convince themselves that they have done a good thing.

Sumi is trying hard to convince that Sanchi will make a good bahu.That OTT cheerfulness is a result of trying too hard.

I feel sorry for Ganga. Maybe she will leave BH on her own and then Rat's goons are searching for her in the house and they caught and J goes to protect G2 from Ratan. Then, Sumi/Sanchi might try to give her kasam 😆 and ask him not to go and he will break off and leave.😆
