I don't know why people are comparing Anandi remembering Jagya with Jagya remembering Anandi and saying that both are same.There is vast difference between both.
Anandi kept on thinking about the past and was scared that the same thing will happen again.That's the reason she kept saying no to Shiv and marriage.
Despite finding it difficult to forget him she was very sure that she never wanted him back in her life.
Even after getting married and during all that SR mania she kept pushing away Shiv because she was seeing Jagya in him.In fact she rejected everything in life that reminded her of Jagya.
Shiv was patient and understanding and he created new memories for her making the past and Jagya matter less and less for her.If it had not been for Shiv she would not have forgotten Jagya and would have lived a miserable life not wanting Jagya back in her life and at the same time unable to forget him.
As for Jagya He is the one who is not only stuck in the past which is understandable but still wants her back in his life despite knowing that she is very happy with someone who loves her like he could never love her.
In fact the day they signed divorce petition Jagya went to the bar and got drunk and was hoping that Anandi would be sitting in a dark corner and crying for him while Anandi got busy with her life.
Anandi was emotionally blackmailed into getting married again.She gave into that blackmail because she knew that the elders of the family are doing it out of love for her and they are doing it keeping the best of her interests in mind.
She now knows that without Shiv she would have been unable to move forward in life and she thought it would be same for Jagya too because he needs help to move forward just like she did.
If Anandi EBed him into agreeing to get married he laid down condition that she find a bride for him.
If Anandi's emotional blackmail is wrong then Jagya laying down the condition that she find a bride for him is equally wrong.
Emotional blackmail can be succesful nly if emotions are present.In this case J still has feelings for A which he shouldn't have thta's was the reason he gave in.If he really wanted to let go of her he would not have asked her to find a bride for him.That is his way of making sure that she will think of him.
Jagya hugged Ganga because he saw Anandi in her Anandi pushed away Shiv because she saw Jagya in him.
Both Anandi and Jagya are faced with same situations in life they do react in much different manner because they are two different individuals.So they cannot becompared.
