NO I think his face became board

since he has broad structure he looked bit bulky on face sp.

weight same hoga uska

Well again i am going to do this-😆

See this is the effect of work out-not weight gain -

when u do work out - in the right way- u r face will go thin ( as if a triangle-)

and u r chest will go braod,broader and broader.

six pack develop hoga-

i know this difference-everytime when i go to india leaving myhusband here- he will do his workout properly without any disturbance from his wife and kids- and will look like this when i am back after one or two months-

whenever we r around my kids will start repeating all the things he is doing and finally instead of doing workout he will end up laughing-
