It is quite revealing to read the protests of a romantic scene between a HUSBAND and WIFE and have it termed vulgar. Its unbelievable to what extent the dislike for the replacement is making some sound illogical. Really, in a world where women are objectified, here we are hearing objections for a man wearing a wet shirt. What would the comments be if he was shirtless? It's quite appalling to think that those that were lapping up FF's etc and panting at the thought of the next installment are now offended by the confession scene we all knew was coming.

And as for coy glances and shy attitudes, where is there a rule that a woman cannot be flirtatious and bold? Before I get reprimanded and reminded that this is not Anandi's character, let me also ask, shouldn't Anandi's character evolve and change, or is she expected to stagnate? Remember this is her FIRST ADULT love, she already rediscovered herself and recognized her limitless potential, now she is USING her wings. The rhona rhona is behind her. Let her enjoy her love, with the free spirit that she should. Let her enjoy this unbridled freedom. Remember in the past she was always weary of Jagyas tempers and moods. For once she can be the free spirit she was meant to be. Why can't a woman be bold and express herself how she wants? Anandi deserves this happiness and now her so called fans want to deny her this. Are they just protesting prudes or closet deviants?

So the comparision between Tubewell scene Vs Pond scene comes into picture :

Before that one more thing..However I love Shiv to the core but he is not the reason for me to start watching BV, if it would have been the case, I would have started watching any crap show where some HOTguy takes an entry.
Though I joined forum after his entry only and I see no connection that being a loyal viewer you should join IF as mandatory. This is one misconception that I want to clear, if anyone has it.

Now coming back to the two scenes :

Tubewell Scene : That Anandi was a teenager girl. It is understood that J and A crossed the limit in open being an immature couple.They got scolded too for this, Rather only poor Anandi got a dose from DS.
Pond Scene : This Anandi is no more a teenager and is The Sarpanch of the village.
Such PDA is not expected from the Sarpanch and the District Collector.

And yes today she was AWESOME. if you think otherwise good for you. Do not always bring hte same thing again and again. Its getting irritating.

You are lucky u accept change so easily, going by the n of posts on the same. You were fine with P as Anandi , now Toral as Anandi. and if Toral quits , any X,Y,Z as Anandi.

But most viewers are not like that . They associate the character with a face . Wats irritating for you is very natural for most viewers.

And its true .. the way CVS have shown Anandi and Shiv relationship so far , if P had been there ... the confession would have set the screen on fire , w/o any wet and wild moments just by the looks and expressions.

But since Toral cannot act that way yet , rather that chemistry is not there yet , CVs needed the extra gimmicks to make it more convincing.

And I am watching BV since the beginning .. just for information.

BV has many bold scenes before, but this one has shot with utmost care than the earlier scenes. BV is on air for almost 5 years, so replacement wont effect Trp's drastically as show is more an addiction than entertainment, though a huge chunk of audience are against replacement but wont quit easily. The beautifully shot confession is to make us accept new A, as romance is the shortest route to keep audience glued to the show. Specially portraying male lead as object of desire against female lead showing off torso within transperent shirt itself reveals BV's intelligence and USP to keep people hooked to show .

if this is the situation for you...then better that you should switch on towards some other show...leave BV at their own condition...we have found out enough chemistry in Shiv and anandi (t)...that is why we are watching the show and commenting in the forum...Prats had many loopholes too...she could not portrayed the situation of anandi after her marriage with shiv...she always gave a horrible panic stricken look during this period which was very much irritating for us...she could not even understood that anandi was not scared but insecured...but she was failed to portrayed the insecurity of anandi...most of all she have left the show for her own personal and professional need...She did not made BV ...Bv makers made her anandi...when she entered into the role then the role was very much popular due to avika...so she had not do anything extra for it...Do not forget that Bv also had given her the recognition...now she is moving towards a new show in star plus...so we need to congrats her for her bright future in both the telley and bolly industry...do not mop for her...should start to watch some another show in the same slot like mahadev,

Thanks for the advice but I watched the show for Anandi. Singhs and Jagya. Anandi was asked by makers to give a panic stricken look after marriage , so maybe u shud question the CVs not the actress.Only Anandi is gone now. When Shashank and Singh family members get replaced... will definitely quit.

Good post...Sid was hot no doubt...he carried off the episode single handedly...with prats this steaminess wld not be required...SY together in same frame is enough to scorch the screen..Pond scene with Prats wld hav cracked the tv screens :-D
anyways sid is a piece of meat for them now...they will use him as a carrot to lure ppl as long as possible..lets see.how long this will continue.

Where did the P in this PDA come from? Again and again people are saying the same thing. There was NO ONE even nearby when they did this scene, and the pond scene was later due to an ACCIDENT. Anandi went there to have some light romance KNOWING the fact that its a remote corner of the village, where no one ever goes. Before the water scene, whatever they were doing they were specifically aware that no one was there to watch them. BOth of them have that much maturity.

And what happened after the water accident was SPONTANEOUS, and not something u can control or plan from ur brain before hand. When people are in love, they DO spontaneous things depending on the situations. And those happen at the spur of the moment. Not after planning and thinking. And again, even during the water scene there was no Public for the PDA.
