I think thats what happened with me too last time I was attached to an actor (bidaai) the show leads sara khan and kinshuk both quit!!!

then i think I just learnt to disassociate after that. So like you I started watching only for the character no more actor attachment.

Suchi/Dixie; More power to you guys, I guess I am the emotional fool when it comes to this show. LOL.

I am able to do that disconnect as well, I too learnt my lesson after the last show I fell in love with...but then I decided to finally give BV a shot, it was a show I have been curious about for a long time, but I was scared they were going to teach about child marriage but give Jagya-Anandi a happy ending, which I felt was wrong, but they didn't. But still I didn't because I was not sure and didn't want to be disappointed. Finally gave it a shot, and fell in love at the first episode LOL. Well more like 1000th episode. 😆

Dixie thanks for the compliment on the the WU replies! I will miss writing them...sigh. And also thanks to you both for showing understanding/maturity for those who can't move on, it is GREATLY appreciated. I too love all the other characters and I wish I could continue to watch just for them at least, but I think I made the strongest emotional connection with Prat's Anandi so it is painful to see someone else take the main protagonist's spot when she is in most scenes...

*SIGH* I hate that this even happening so much. This is NOT a show I even want to stop watching, but I know my heart well...

All production houses/entertainment companies are obnoxious about these things though lbr. All we can do is rage until we're tired.

Unable to accept this change till now.

Will wait to watch the serial tonight, if my opinion is confirmed, then would leave BV forever.

I have watched it since day 1 & saying this with a heavy heart.

though it will be really hard for me to get over the fact that prats isn't doing the show any longer, what is still keeping me hooked is shiv, because he is great, and I love him!! :)

She was okay-ish, yet to make the full impact of the character Anandi.

I have a feeling that in future, CVs want to show a pregnant Anandi and later a mom. Maybe that's why they took a mature looking actress who would suit her role, not just now but in future too. So looks vise its okay, though she will look slightly more mature for her age till the time she becomes a mom in the series.

Personally, for me- Toral was frankly not bad but nothing special either, at least in 1st episode. They could have actually taken a better actress, that's for sure.

Looks like forum members are not in the mood for acceptance?
But when I look at comments, at least 50% seem to accept, then how come in this poll, 60% don't accept her?
